Our level deck pool is designed to give the impression that the pool in an extension to the sea. Stand under our feature water fountain and let the water massage your back and shoulders to relieve tension.

Relax on a lounger by the poolside with a good book or smoothie and absorb the superb views. (Warning – you may fall asleep!)

Take a dip in our warm jacuzzi spa relaxing your muscles by giving your body a gentle jet massage. Why not pop down later in the evening to experience the sunset while in the jacuzzi, the perfect viewpoint.

Work out in our fully-equipped Technogym gym which offers a wide range of equipment to suit everyone from beginners to the more advanced.  All our Technogym cardiovascular machines have integrated satellite televisions so you have no excuse not to workout.  The gym is fitted with a special state of the art sports floor which is sprung to help protect your joints.

Our fully qualified fitness team are on hand to offer advice on gym programmes and can advise on all aspects of gym use.  Why not take part in one of our 30 fitness classes per week from boxercise to HIIT.  Whether you want to get fit, lose weight or maintain an active lifestyle we have the equipment and personnel to help you with your journey.

Prefer a dry heat? Take a rest in our sauna and sweat out all your body’s toxins. Let the heat relax your muscles while listening to the sound of wildlife and waves. If it’s not warm enough, add a little water to the heater to give the temperature a boost.
